Most of the internal load bearing and non load bearing walls within this structure were sheathed with OSB on both faces to allow for the high wind loadings due to the location.

The penthouse on the 5th floor is set back from the line of the main timber frame to create a walkway/balcony area, this required the floor panels below to be designed with extra Glulam beams to support the imposed loadings created by this design feature.
