Southern Timber Frame - Project Completion

On final completion of your construction project to your complete satisfaction, a handover certificate will be issued for signature. Should the contract be carried out by an NHBC builder, STF Consultancy's engineer will issue an NHBC HB353B for your retention/warranty.

In addition a full set of structural calculations will be provided by our in-house structural engineer
